Hey guys! I’m gonna tell you how we make our aluminum windows and doors durable!

First, the joints between aluminum profiles MUST NOT have any gaps. Gaps are bad for our windows’ waterproofing and sound insulation.

Second, of course, the glass and frame need to be joined super tightly. That is very important when we are making the windows. That is the workers’ craftsmanship—and we use good-quality silicone to seal the frame and the glass without gaps.

Third, we use aluminum corner brackets to join the profiles, and we also use stainless steel corner brackets for the joints. This makes our products stronger and more durable. Even after many years, the joints will not split or have gaps. It can withstand weather changes, and there will be no more warping issues.

One thing that might surprise you: the important material for our windows is the tiny screws on them. Windows are always exposed to the sun, rain and snow. If there is any problem with the screws, it means the windows have a big problem—they may warp or even be blown away in the wind.
